THE SCHUTTLER RATCHET TRACK DRILL. PRESENTED herewith is an illustration of theSchuttler Ratchet Track Drill, recently placed onthe market by the Car Truck Supply Company,of Chicago. The working partsof the drill are covered with a malleable iron shell to pro-. tect them from water and dirt. All parts are inter-changeable, and the drill so made that it is quickly at-tached to either the inside or outside of the rail withoutinterfering with a passing train. Once attached, all theholes for a joint can be drilled without moving theclamps.
