One & Other is a live artwork by sculptor Antony Gormley on the 4th 'empty' plinth in Trafalgar Square, London. Participants from every region of the United Kingdom, 2,400 in all, each spend an hour on the plinth, keeping the plinth occupied 24 hours a day for 100 days (and nights)
