A Styrian two-hand sword, circa 1600 Double-edged blade (slightly stained in the top section), featuring a rectangular smith mark struck on one side, lateral parrying hooks and original leather-covered ricasso. Extended blackened cross-guard with forged-on coils, the side rings with fleur-de-lys ornaments. Original, leather-covered and studded wood grip with remains of finery. Pear-shaped, geometrically embossed iron pommel with five grooves.
