We can learn nothing further ofhim. James Mountain was born in 1771, in the north of Ireland,and was a typical product of the sod. His petition to be madea naturalized citizen of the United States was presented to theCircuit Court for Washington County, Pa., November 7, was entered on the roll of attorneys in that county in thesame year, having studied law and been admitted to the bar inhis native country.
