Yesterday my Nikon Z 14-30mm f/4 S lens arrived from Hunt's Photo, so this morning I went out for sunrise to put it to the test! I got lucky with a great sunrise, the tide was too low for water crashing on the rocks at the tide line, so I went with plan B, find some interesting dry rocks. Stay tuned for my thoughts on the lens, but so far it's awesome! Very sharp, and much smaller and lighter than the 14-24mm lens, so for daytime shots I can replace the 14-24 with this new Z 14-30, and still use the 14-24 at night since it is an The Z 14-30 has 82mm filter threads so normal screw-on filters can be used, goodbye giant 150mm filters and holders that I had to use on the 14-24!
