Rubble URBAN TRAINING CENTER, Ind. — After rescuing a mannequin, posing as an injured civilian, from the remnants of a collapsed parking garage, rescue technicians assigned to the 1152nd and 1153rd Firefighting Team Detachment, 877th Engineer Battalion, 226th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, evacuated the citizen on a field litter during a search and evacuation Vibrant Response 13 field training exercise at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., Aug. 8. After rescuing the injured civilian from a collapsed parking garage, the Alabama National Guardsmen out of Haleyville, Ala., ground evacuated the citizen to the nearest medical facility.
