Blackboard by Alphen. Blackboard with a crowned grown (digging) alliance arms, consisting of two coats of arms against a background of leafwork. If the sign is indeed the French Admiral, something that suggests the inscription, then it is about Admiral Chateau Regnaud, commander of the 14 line ships French squadron that protected the Spanish silver fleet in the Bay of Vigo. Inscription is engraved on the back in a square field marked by an edge of LOB and point-shaped ornaments.
