Aleppo, Syria. 16 February 2020. A large number of buildings are destroyed by heavy shelling carried out by Syrian government forces in the town of Taqad, in the western Aleppo countryside. Two people were reported killed and a number injured in the attack on rebel positions in western Aleppo on Sunday. The Syrian army have recently made significant advances against the opposition-controlled enclave in the northwest of the country, consolidating the government's hold over western Aleppo and the Idlib province
