Angels Festival, Altham, Accrington. 10th Sep 2016: Will they be Holy Angels or perhaps Hell’s Angels or even “Fallen Angels” - who knows? There is no theme and villagers can just let their imaginations run riot. Visitors will be provided with an “Angel Trail” map showing the location of all the angels in the village and the map will include a voting slip for “The most humorous angel” and “the most Artistic Angel” and “the most original angel”.
