There had recently been a scarecrow display in Buxworth and Chinley. These two, made of stuffed hessian sacking were still sat at one of the tables outside the Chinley and Buxworth Conservative club in the High Peak district of Derbyshire. They seem to be working with their big eyes and hats as there are no birds on the table.
