This is just one small part of the rigorous train-up for the PDS that the Dragons have been spearheading. The desired result is that 2nd ABCT, in conjunction with Army Training and Doctrine Command, and the Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine, will conduct a thorough evaluation, gathering as much data as possible, hopefully allowing the Army to develop "gender neutral physical standards." These validated standards are intended to shape future recruiting and accessions of both males and females into the evaluated Military Occupational Specialties. ( Army photo by Sgt.
