A Korean artist has created a replica of his childhood home on a footbridge in the heart of the City of London. Do Ho Suh’s new installation work Bridging Home, London, shows a traditional Korean house which appears to have “fallen” onto the bridge. The installation, commissioned by Art Night and Sculpture In The City, has been unveiled on a footbridge above Wormwood Street, on of the busiest roads in The City. The work is a response into the migrant history of east London, using the artists’ own experiences as inspiration. Source:
