Gordon Lowtharp, a jet engine mechanic at the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) T-56 Centralized Repair Facility, removes a pump from a Hamilton Standard propeller, Dec. 1, 2016, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The facility produces all Legacy C-130 engine and propeller overhaul repairs for AFRC, saving millions of taxpayer dollars each year by repairing certain items rather than replacing them.
