There I booked to ^lel-bonrne. and from there to Dronin. where I met someold acquaintances, wlio piloted me through to Poo-wong-. and from there to Jumbunna East, the parishin which I selected a half section of maiden scrub-land. I was present at the progress meeting heldin the district which changed the postal name fiomJumbunna East to Moyarra. It was at my liouse that the first meeting ofthe Korumburra to Andersons Inlet Railway Leaguetook place, and it was decided at that meetiug toask Mr. M. W. Elliott to convene a puljlic meeting,which was advertised in the Drouin papers to l>e heldat ]Mr. A. W. P^lms* house. The meeting was largelyattended, and it was decided to .send a deputationto the Minister of Railways and ask for a surveyMR H C- • through Jumbunna to the coast. I had the honour of being in that deputation, and the late Mr. W.
