By the deed of settlement just mentioned, John Bairdbequeaths legacies of £10 each to his nephews, John, son ofWilliam Baird, and John, son of Robert Baird ; and he leavesthe same amount to his grand-nephew, John Baird, son ofAlexander Baird in Woodhead. This last was the late Baird of Lochwood, then an infant of six months testator also appointed his nephew, Alexander Baird inbairdsofgartsher00amma. 28
