The medieval Putinnen tower in Tangermünde
The Putinnen tower in the small German town Tangermünde are two rectangular fortified towers. They are part of the city wall and should protect the exit to the Tanger river. The first gauging office of the Altmark was housed by 1819 to 1833 there.
