Racinafolia—lieaves large and point- ed, after the style of some of the palms; makes a strong, robust growth and is very ornamental. Rubra-Its dark, glossy, green leaves, combined with its free flowering habit, makes it one of the very best plants for house or conservatory dec- oration. The flowers are of a scarlet rose color. Rubra Alba—This is a sport from Rubra, nnving foliage similar, but more drooping, and with large clus- ters of beautiful white flowers; extra fine. Semperfiorens Elegans—Resem- bling somewhat the Ulgantea Rosea, but has smaller leaves, more proluse In flowers and of compact growth, Semperfiorens Rosea—The flowers cocne in large clusters, and are white, heavdy shaded and bordered wifch dirk carmiae rose. Tae contrast of these colors with the bright and yellow of tQe stamens produce a fine effect. Vernon—This excellent variety is of un- usual m^irit as a bedding sort foliage rich glossy green, often stiaded deep bronze, chanjriug to a beautiful clear piak in the ooea flower; also splendid as a pot plant. 16^ t J 40^' each.
