The bulge in prices was caused by the President's radio talk. Friday morning the August government crop report was published and indicated a record grain harvest. Corn production is estimated to be in excess of 3 billion bushels, and wheat production at S6l million bushels. Soybean production is estimated at 211 million bushels., twice last year's.
