NEWPORT, (May 15, 2017) Steve Koenig (right), a Naval War College Museum tour guide, gives students from Portsmouth High School (PHS) and local military veterans a tour at the museum on Monday, May 15. The visit was part of the Library of Congress Veteran Project the PHS students are doing in their Advanced Placement History Course that is taught by Cindy Perry who is also a Navy veteran.
