Burgy, Air National Guard assistant to the commander of Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), holds up a ceremonial minutes document to commemorate the first virtual and ninth annual Airmen-to-Airmen Talk (A2AT) with the Philippine Air Force, hosted virtually from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, and Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Philippines on Feb. 25, 2021. During the three-day virtual conference, PACAF and the Philippine Air Force collaborated as allied nations to strengthen interoperability, communications, and engagement efforts.
