Bnei Brak, Israel. 25th August, 2016. An ultra-Orthodox programmer works at Pojo in Bnei Brak alongside secular colleagues. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics more than 50% of ultra-Orthodox Haredi men participate in the labor force, up from 33% in 2005. The percentage of working Haredi women exceeds 70%. As of April 2016 an estimated 5,000 to 10,000 Haredim work in high-tech, 75% of them were women.
