5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Nov. 19, 2016) Sailors and Marines compete with each other to see who can dress out in personal protective equipment the quickest during a damage control competition aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Whidbey Island (LSD 41). Whidbey Island is deployed with the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group to support maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of operations.
