Inlaid interior of a dome at Humayun's Tomb, New Delhi. The tomb itself dates from the 16th century and was built by the Mughal emperor Humayun. Other emperors are also interred at the site. The tomb is a World heritage site and a great deal of sympathetic restoration work has been carried out on the site. This style of Mughal architecture reached its peak with the Taj Mahal.
