ANSBACH, Germany – (Nov. 28, 2018) – Soldiers with 678th Air Defense Artillery Brigade (ADAB), 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC) and 174th ADAB, 10th AAMDC participate in Transfer of Authority ceremony at the local sport center, Katterbach Kaserne. Col. Thomas E. Moore, 174th ADAB Commander, behind the flag and Command Sgt. Maj. Dwight S. Chambliss, Brigade Command Sgt. Maj., in front of the flag, uncase the Brigade’s Flag as the unit stays in Germany for several months on its rotation.
