Conceding with the celebration of Orthodox Easter, a group of Ukrainian refugees including children in Vendrell has made sandcastles on the beach of Sant Salvador, each sand castle symbolizing the death of a child during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It also shows the castles that the deceased children will never be able to build.
