William Penn Memorial Fire Tower, Reading Pennsylvania. From west side looking directly upwards at line of small barred windows in stone facade with a light shape in form of star and cross used for Christmas display near the top. Door at base with head and shoulders of man approaching it. The Square 120 foot tower is constructed from stone and reinforced concrete to make if fireproof, it has a observation deck at the top outside a hexagonal copper roofed observation area which contains spotlights that can be used for communication.
