Bottle Alley Hastings.


This was a revolutionary double deck promenade was built in the early 30 s by Sidney Little, the concrete king . It is half a mile long, stretching from Hastings Pier to Warrior Square. The rear walls of the lower deck are faced with fragments of coloured glass from broken bottles donated by the towns residents. Hence the name, Bottle Alley .
