With scarlet red, Marchi and lichtgriin-fuchsin stains minute fat-granules were demonstrable in the ganglion cells but were absent fromthe cancer cell bodies. With lichtgriin-fuchsin many ganglion cellsshowed numerous granules or droplets of fairl\- large size which stainedvarious colors and may correspond to the so-called fuchsinophil(Fig. 4), lichtgriin and lii)oid granules ( Iig.
