Ted Carlson, tours the new Personnel Support Detachment (PSD) San Diego identification (ID) issuing facility. The PSD San Diego ID issuing office was relocated from the NBSD visitors control center on Harbor Dr. to Anchor’s Catering & Conference Center. The office began servicing its first customers April, 2021.
