PORT OF DJIBOUTI, Djibouti (April 26, 2022) The Commandant of the Port of Djibouti, Capt. Mohamed Moussa Abar meets with Capt. Daniel Prochazka, the commanding officer of the USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20) before piloting the Blue Ridge-class command and control ship USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20) out of port following a three day port visit. Abar has been the Commandant of the Port of Djibouti since 1995.
