160204-N-YD204-058 NAVAL AIR FACILITY ATSUGI, Japan (Feb. 4, 2016) - Air Traffic Controller 3rd Class Joseph Hilt, attached to Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi Air Operations, and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) air traffic control team monitor a flight check of the Precision Approach Radar (PAR) and Approach Surveillance Radar (ASR).
