Srinagar, Kashmir. 06 November 2020. Indian forces are deployed in the Pampore area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, at the site of an overnight encounter between militants and government forces. During the encounter two militants were killed, while a civilian also lost his life. According to the police, a joint team of police and the army had launched a cordon and search operation in the Lalpora area of Pampore on Thursday on specific information about the presence of militants in the area
