The ocean minesweeper USS LEADER (MSO-490) is moored to the submerged deck of the heavy lift ship SUPER VERVANT 3 in preparation for transportation to the Middle East. The SUPER SERSVANT 3 will transport the Leader and other minesweepers to the Persian Gulf in response to Iraq's invasion of Kuwait.
