Memorial plaque devoted to the fallen during the Prague Uprising in May 1945 placed on the wall of a house in Masarykovo Embankment in Nové Město (New Town) in Prague, Czech Republic. The iconic blessed hand with the Czech inscription 'Věrni zůstaneme' ('We shall remain faithful') was designed by Czech modernist sculptor Karel Pokorný (1945).
