CAMP KATUU, Palau (June 26, 2018) The joint Civic Action Team (CAT) Palau and Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 color guard practices prior to July 4 celebrations. CAT Palau provides construction capabilities, apprenticeship training, medical outreach and community engagement opportunities to the people of Palau. NMCB 5 is performing upgrades and rehabilitation to buildings on Camp Katuu.
