A double-barrelled percussion combination hunting hanger, Liège, circa 1840. A double-edged blade with fullers on both sides. Round, rose Damascus barrels with rifled bores in mm calibre, screw mounted on both sides. Iron quillons with the Liège ELG proof mark. The quillon on one side may be cocked to serve as the percussion hammer for both nipples. The grip frame has two folding triggers. Finely engraved grip scales of nickel silver. Length 73 cm.
