Ambassador Francisco Madeira (center), the Special Representative of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (SRCC) for Somalia, addresses officials from the Federal Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, and ministries of information in the Federal Member States of Somalia, during the opening of a two-day unifying messaging workshop in line with the Somali Transition Plan, as part of preparations for the upcoming 2020/21 elections. The workshop took place in Mogadishu on February 02, 2020.
