A Army RQ-11B Raven unmanned aerial vehicle launched by Staff Sgt. Boris Arias from the New Jersey Army National Guard's B Troop, 102nd Cavalry Regiment, 50th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, flies over Castles Drop Zone, Fort Pickett, Va., on Aug. 16. The Raven can be either remotely controlled from a ground station or fly programmed missions using GPS waypoint navigation.
