These spaces in bays1 to 6, inclusive, are to be utilized as sand rooms, those inNos. 7 and 8 for oil rooms, that in No. 9 for a locker room andthat in No. 10 for a toilet room. The company owns a lotfronting on Harrison avenue and extending back to the carhouse property, which is to be utilized for a general storeroom.
