Leodis Smith finishes the final stretch of the Devil Dog Double portion of the 10th Annual Marine Corps Historic Half (MCHH), the route from the Fredericksburg Expo Center into the historic downtown areas of Fredericksburg, Va., May 21, 2017. The MCHH attracts over 8,000 participants and features the Marine Corps Semper 5ive and the Devil Dog Double.
