PORT HUENEME, Calif. (June 22, 2017) Lt. Cmdr. Justin Spinks salutes Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2’s flag during a change of command ceremony for the team. During the ceremony, Spinks was relieved as commanding officer of the team by Lt. Cmdr. Micheal Dobling. UCT 2 provides construction, inspection, repair, and maintenance of waterfront and underwater facilities in support of Navy and Marine Corps operations. UCT Seabees have the unique ability to perform shallow, deep water, and terrestrial construction. (
