A hibiscus mural is displayed at street art locations on Guam, Jan. 18, 2023. Murals and street art are painted by local and international artists, and are a hallmark of Guam's artistic culture. As the Guam culture continues to evolve, the Marine Corps will slowly integrate into the local area, according to the 38th Commandant of the Marine Corps’ 2030 Force Design’s goal of shifting the Marine Corps mission to the Indo-Pacific.
