Prohoscis fully de^elopecl; palpi upturned, the 2nrl joint rench'ng to vertex oF head, slender, tlie 3rd long; f'rons smooth; eyes large, round; antennn3 of male almost simple; thorax clothed with hair only and without crests; tibire moderately fringed willi hair; with sliglit hairy crests on two basal segments only, the male with large lateral scale-fans at base. Fore wing with the apex produced and acute, the termen almost straight and not crenulate; veins 3 and 5 from near angle of cell; 6 from upper angle ; 7, 8, 9, 10 stalked, 10 from beyond 7 ; 11 from cell. Hind wing with veins 3, 4 from cell in male, shortly stalked in female; 5 fully developed from angle; 6, 7 from upper angle; 8 anastomosing with the cell near base only. A. Fore wing with the subterrainal line strongly angled outwards below vein 7 and at middle orientalis.
