In Kenya there are two rainy seasons during the year. There are the long rains during March, April, May and short rains during October , November. During the rainy seasons, the waterfalls have a huge amount of water cascading over the falls but during the non rainy season, there can be drought in the country and so the waterfalls just dry out. Then all you can just about see is just a trickle of water falling down.
