. Discovery reports. Discovery (Ship); Scientific expeditions; Ocean; Antarctica; Falkland Islands. 84 DISCOVERY REPORTS Remarks. The genus Atapozoa was erected by Brewin (1956c) for a species found at Trigg Island, near Perth, Western Australia. Atapozoa differs from Endistoma in having a stalked brood pouch, and only two anterior papillae in the larva instead of three. There were no larvae in the ' Discovery' specimens, and the brood pouch, if present at all, was in a rudimentary state. The identification therefore rests on the other characters of the zooid and on the structure of the colony

The identification therefore rests on the other characters of the zooid and on the structure of the colony, in all of which features there is close agreement with the type specimens. Distribution.
