IN MEMORIAM ANDREW McNALLY At a regular meeting of the Board of Directors ofthe Chicago National Bank, held June seventh, nineteenhundred four, the following resolutions were unani-mously adopted: Whereas, It has pleased the Almighty to take untohimself Andrew McNally, who was one of the foundersof this bank, and a director from the time of its organi-zation, and vice-president at the time of his death; and. Whereas, We desire to place on record our testimonyto his worth and character. His long career as a business man in Chicago is oneon which his associates look with pride in every way asworthy of imitation. In the performance of his variedduties as a citizen, his example was no less admirable. Added to his great capacity for usefulness, he wasrichly gifted in temperament, remaining to the last thesame true, unaffected gentleman. The loss of one gifted with such engaging personalityis deeply mourned by men
