Hayley Wood, Longstowe, Cambridgeshire, UK 26th April 2016. Bluebells carpet the floor of the ancient woodland as the weather remains cold with wintry showers across the East of England. Hayley Wood is believed to be around 800 years old and is a nature reserve and an Ancient Woodland Site of Special Scientific Interest. It is home to abundant flora and fauna and is one of the few sites in the UK where oxlips still grow. Credit Julian Eales/Alamy Live News
