THE MEDICATED BATH Various additions may be m^ade to the water to increase itseftect or to decrease it, that is, either to increase or decrease theeffect of temperature upon the skin. The saline bath is pre-pared by adding from one to five per cent, of sea salt, vichy saltor epsom salt to the water.
