Howsweet that we constantly have that washed away inthe blood of Jesus, and so there is really nothing leftto separate us from Him in spirit. But, oh, thetreachery of our nature ! I often think of what some-body says, that no matter how slight the sin, or howtransient the foolish thought that we indulge in, it ascompletely shuts us out from communion with God,for the time, as a greater sin. * * *. 17 CHAPTER X.
