This piece of street art is believed to be by Banksy, it features eavesdropping agents crowded around a telephone box. It was created in Cheltenham which is also home to (GCHQ). the UK listening centre.
Following the attack by a vandal last week (18th April 2014) plans are being made to protect this piece of street art by covering the work with perspex. A local community pub is behind the plan and other traders and locals back the plan. It is believed that an elderly man was responsible for the attack with white emulsion paint, locals stepped in and saved the artwork before the paint was dry.
